Pelles.ai is thrilled to announce the addition of Shaabini Alford to its Advisory Board. Bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record from the mechanical and plumbing trade contractors, Shaabini will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company.

Shaabini has worked for two of the leading Southern California MEP contractors. As the former Executive Vice President of Southern California Operations, she led her teams to consistently meet project deadlines while maximizing profitability. 

A proud graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Shaabini earned a Bachelor of Science of Engineering Technology, specializing in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. This academic background laid the foundation for established collaborations and partnerships with the California Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association (CPMCA) and serving on the Board of Directors for the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA).
