‍Pelles.ai is an early-stage construction tech start-up at the forefront of technological innovation for construction sub-contractors at their pre-construction phase. Leveraging the power of generative AI, we deliver tailored solutions to the unique needs and workflows of subcontractors.

We're seeking a talented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our R&D team and help shape the future of our platform. You'll work together with the founders, developers and end-users to create cutting-edge intuitive and efficient interfaces & workflows changing how construction projects are viewed, consumed and utilized with AI.

What you’ll be doing

- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for new features and improvements

- Design clean, modern, and consistent UI components and design systems

- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

- Collaborate with developers to ensure precise implementation of designs

- Maintain and evolve our design system and component library

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design systems

- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, including typography, color theory, and layout

- Knowledge of user-centered design processes and methodologies

- Basic understanding of web and mobile design constraints and possibilities

- Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail

- Good communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with design for B2B/SaaS products

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

- Familiarity with agile development processes

- Previous experience working with development teams
